All Lead Montessori Teachers must be Montessori certified and have their AMI or AMS certification.  If you do not have your AMI or AMS certification please contact our HR Director and we can help determine your qualifications as a Lead Montessori Teacher.

Many of our Assistant Teachers have their 4 year degrees but it is only required that you have 12 college level credits to be considered a Assistant Teacher.

Classroom Aides must have a love of children and be nurturing and caring individuals.
