Qualifications: All Lead Montessori Teachers must be Montessori certified and have completed either the AMI or Montessori training program. 

Assistant Teachers require some college/university credits related to education, plus experience in working with children. 

Classroom Aides must have a love of children and being nurturing and caring individuals.
