Teresa Brenke will be addressing topics such as being in the FAST lane (Frustrated? Anxious? Stressed? or Tired?). As Americans, many of us, if not most of us, are burning the candle at both ends – we are busy with work commitments, engaged in our children’s activities, and many of us are taking care of aging loved ones.
Add to those commitments we have our partners, friends, and communities, leaving us very little time for ourselves. We have up to 60,000 thoughts per day contributing to how we handle this busy lifestyle. 90% of those thoughts are the same thoughts and 80% are negative thoughts causing us to feel stress!
This 1.5-hour workshop will teach you how to become aware of your energy and thoughts so life uplifts you and energizes you instead of holding you back. We will give you tools you can use immediately to become more mindful and present in your life and learn how to find JOY in the FAST lane.

Teresa Brenke is the owner of Embrace Health teaching children and adults about healthy habits thru many formats for over 27 years teaching over 500,000 children, 10,000 adults in over 2,000 facilities. She is a life coach, speaker, fitness and nutrition expert, behavior modification specialist, and creator of a new online program called Health on the Go.
